J&K Developers, LLC is a family-owned business in the Lake Norman area. Principals Jim Smith; his sister, Kathy Higgins; and her husband, Randy, bring years of experience to the construction process.
Jim’s engineering and construction background, Kathy’s financial and administrative skills as a certified public accountant and Randy’s 20-plus years of custom home-building experience enable the team to cover every aspect of the construction process. The company also employs a design consultant to assist homeowners in coordinating interior and exterior selections. During planning, designing, scheduling, budgeting and construction, J&K Developers is always personally involved to provide the customer with an individualized experience.
